Shipping and Returns
Delivery Options & Charges Policy 

1. General Information
Through Mmnsglobal.com, you can place your orders at your convenience. Mmnsglobal.com, at present, is only available to the below-mentioned countries Customers, Members and/or Distributors.
Indonesia (self-pick-up only)

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

2. Delivery Time
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday Singapore Time.  An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order within [15] business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.  Please note we do not ship on [Saturdays] and [Sundays].  Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

3. Shipping Costs
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location.  Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.  To find out how much your order will cost, simple add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.  You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page. Sales tax is charged per the province or territory to which the item is shipped.

4. Carriers
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

5. Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, they will update your order with the tracking information.

MM&S Global accepts orders: 
- In person (ordering in the office)

- Online ordering
Monthly Standing Order (Autoship)

All payments are in the form of cash, credit or debit cards and giro.  Payments must be made prior considered as order for the current month processing.  Payments need to be cleared before products are released to customers. 

7. Back Orders
If an item goes on back order, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Products Refund and Replacement Policy

1. Satisfaction Guaranteed
MM&S Global offers a one hundred percent (100%) seven (7) days money back guarantee for all Customers. If a Customer purchased a product or service and is not satisfied with the product or service, the Customer may request a refund from their Distributor or MM&S Global.  Only regular priced items may be refunded.  Sale items are non-refundable. 

2. Products Return
All returns, whether by a Customer, Members and/or Distributor, must be made as follows:   
- Submit MM&S Global Product Return From and include the reason for the return;  
- Provide a copy of the invoice with the returned products or service.   
- Deliver or Ship back product in manufacturer’s box exactly as it was delivered.  

All returns must be delivered or shipped to MM&S Global pre-paid, as MM&S Global does not accept shipping collect packages.  MM&S Global recommends shipping returned product with shipping agents providing tracking and insurance as risk of loss or damage in shipping of the returned product shall be borne solely by the Customer, Members and/or Distributor.  If returned product is not received at MM&S Global Distribution Center, it is the responsibility of the Customer, Members and/or Distributor to trace the shipment and no credit will be applied.

Refunds will be processed within forty-five (45) days after MM&S Global receives the inventory.  Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.  Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping. 

3. Products Replacement
In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us with details of the product and the defect.  You can send the item you consider defective to:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect.  If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product within forty-five (45) days after MM&S Global receives the inventory.
